WAIVER AND RELEASE.
Conference Participant forever discharges and holds harmless the CI Summit Conference and Voces Digital and its successors and assigns from any and all liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind or nature, either in law or in equity, which arise or may hereafter arise from their participation in the CI Summit Conference. Participant understands and acknowledges that this Release discharges Voces Digital from any liability or claim that s/he may have against Voces Digital with respect of bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death, or property damage that may result from participant's participation in the CI Summit Conference. It is also understood that the CI Summit Conference and Voces Digital does not assume any responsibility for or obligation to provide financial assistance or other assistance, including but not limited to medical, health or disability insurance in the event of injury, illness, death or property damage.
MEDICAL TREATMENT.
The participant hereby releases and forever discharges the CI Summit Conference and Voces Digital from any claim whatsoever which arises or may hereafter arise on account of any first-aid treatment or other medical services rendered in connection with an emergency during your participation in the CI Summit Conference and/or CI Summit Language Camp.
PHOTOGRAPHIC RELEASE.
As a conference participant, I grant and convey unto the CI Summit Conference and Voces Digital all rights, title, and interest in all photographic images and video or audio recordings made by Voces Digital during participant’s participation in the CI Summit Conference. Any aspect of the CI Summit Virtual Conference could be live on Zoom and will be recorded and made available for 90 days.
CONFERENCE COHORT CHANGES/NAME CHANGES
Once you have registered, you will have until June 15, 2023 to make changes to your registration. No changes are allowed after June 15, 2023.
TRANSFERRING REGISTRATION TO A DIFFERENT PERSON
Registration can be transferred to a new attendee until June 15, 2023.
PURCHASE ORDER
Registration will be completed once the official purchase order has been received.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel on or before June 15, 2023, you will be assessed a cancellation fee of $50 per person. No refunds for any reason after June 15, 2023.
