Exhibitor Registration and Sponsorship
The CI Summit brings together educators, thought leaders, and innovators in the field of Comprehensible Input (CI) and Acquisition-Driven Instruction (ADI). As an exhibitor, you'll have the unique opportunity to showcase your products and services to a passionate community dedicated to transforming language learning experiences.
At the CI Summit 2025, we're committed to creating an engaging, collaborative environment where connections are made, ideas are exchanged, and the future of language education is shaped. By exhibiting at this event, you'll be at the heart of a vibrant gathering that values innovation, quality, and the power of CI to make language accessible to all learners.
We offer various opportunities to connect with attendees, including setting up an in-person exhibit with one or more tables, sponsoring a coffee or snack break, or contributing items for our popular raffle. These options provide valuable visibility and engagement with our dynamic audience.
The first step to registering to be an exhibitor is to email us at [email protected]. Tell us why you'd like to be part of our conference, and how your product(s) and/or service(s) support the ADI language teaching community.
If invited to exhibit, the exhibitor registration fee is $300 and includes one table. You are welcome to bring another person to work at your booth. Exhibitors must pay an additional fee if they want to attend the conference. Email us for details.
For non-profit entities, the registration fee is $100.
Extra table: $100
Lunch: $40/person for lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday

Schedule (We are still planning; some times may change. We'll be sure to notify you.)
- Setup is Monday, July 21, from noon-4:00 p.m.
- Attendees can visit exhibitor booths starting on Tuesday, July 22, at 8:20 a.m.
- There will be snack breaks, during which attendees can visit the exhibitor booths on Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., and on Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. Attendees can also visit exhibitor booths during lunch. There will be a staggered exhibit opening celebration on Tuesday afternoon between 2:45 and 3:30 p.m.
- Teardown is Wednesday, July 23, at 4:00 p.m.
