During the Conference

Sunday, July 20 @ 7 p.m.
Join us for a meet and greet at the NOUN Hotel with other CI Summit attendees and team members. Enjoy light snacks and refreshments, get your badge for the conference, and chat with your peers!

Monday, July 21 @ 7 p.m.
You're invited to the CI Summit Reception, happening in downtown Norman at a place yet to be determined. There will be snacks, a cash bar, music, and more!

Tuesday, July 22 @ 8 p.m.
Prepare to be amazed by the talented singers among us at karaoke night at the Sideline Bar & Grill, downtown at 563 Buchanan Ave. We'll have snacks and giveaways! Come one, come all!

Wednesday, July 23
For those staying an extra night, we'll be arranging dinner meetups where we can relax and reflect on the conference!

After the Conference

August 23, 2025
Connect over coffee! In this first post-conference event, we'll meet early to reflect on the conference and share ideas and techniques suitable for the first weeks of school.

October 7, 2025
Reconnect with your Squad! Your captains and mentors will be there to support you and your peers as you reflect on the summer's training and assess how the school year is going. There will be breakout rooms for each Squad and a large group "reflect and reconnect" event!

January 8, 2026
It's a new year, which means it's time to recharge your teaching toolkit! Study instructors and Spotlight presenters will be hosting mini-sessions to inspire you through the darkest of months!
